Every year I take my vehicle to Waterloo Automotive for a bumper-to-bumper inspection in February. They treat me like family. They know my name when I walk in the door. They never try to sell me something I don’t need. Can’t say enough good things about them.

We been using Waterloo Automotive for years because they are both very friendly and trustworthy. They've never thrown parts at an issue at an attempt to fix the problem. They use stepwise troubleshooting to 1. quickly diagnose the issue and 2. try and save the customer from buying parts/services that we potentially wouldn't need. Communication is also great. They've also been so kind as to help a couple my wife's students with troubleshooting car issues and doing everything they could to give sound advice and help with repairs. Super-awesome people who care about others, and we appreciate it. Thanks Brandon and Josh for helping us. As always, if we have car issues, we'll be back!

Very nice staff that works there. Genuinely seem like they want to help you get your car repaired with the best possible service and everytime Ive left there Ive always felt that way. Their prices have always been lower and their service better than any other place Ive been to.
