I truly cannot say enough good things about the service I receive at Waterloo Automotive. They are friendly, professional, courteous and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with this business and I have been bringing my vehicles here for years. I feel lucky to have this level of service in our community and to have found that rare, hometown vibe and knowledgeable people who really listen to my concerns and answer my questions.

This place is awesome! These folks have worked on multiple cars of ours and are always incredibly friendly, and most importantly....HONEST. I never feel like I am being pushed into unnecessary repairs or costs. They always take their time and explain everything, and on the rare occasion they can't fix the issue, they make sure to send me to someone who is just as honest as them who can help.

We took my wife's vehicle in because we thought it was due for new tires and possibly brakes. The team did a full check and determined that neither brakes nor tires were needed at this time, while giving us a detailed explanation on each replacement and when it would be best to return for them to check again. Sean was thorough in his explanation on everything and on the upcoming time frames for service. They are honest and trustworthy and we will definitely return to Waterloo Automotive.

I have taken my vehicles here for many years and the service is always top of the line. My grandson just got his car back from this shop and it had several difficult problems. It took some time, but they did not give up and corrected all of the problems. These guys are good, and the office people do a great job in helping you and getting you in as soon as possible.
